Kids Camp gives your child the opportunity to build lifelong friendships. As they play team activities, swim, have small groups, and play together. Every day they have planned activities, and free rec time together.
Services are the best part of camp. An amazing speaker will present God’s word in an intentional and fun way. Kids get to spend time at the altar seeking after God with no time limit or distractions. Your kid will come back having experienced God in a new way.
Trained and committed leaders from each Chapelhill church will accompany your kids to camp. We have a ratio of 1 leader for every 5 kids and each leader is background checked. The campground also has amazing staff and leaders to help make camp the best that it can be!
Camp is one of our favorite times of the year for kids to connect with God and each other in a way like no other! Your kid’s time will be full of small groups, games, field competitions, amazing services, and more!
Kids ages 8-12 and for those children who are 7 and have completed 2nd grade.
Camp Timberlake in Forsyth, GA .
We have a beautiful lake and a pool with tons of fun water activities! Every child takes a swimming test on the first day of camp, and we identify any kids that need to have a life jacket in the pool. All kids wear life jackets in the lake. We have staff and lifeguards posted at all swimming activities.
There is camp designated first aid staff that administers all medication. You will send it in with a form provided closer to camp. Our leaders will ensure all medication is taken.
We will have a camp menu closer to camp, if your child cannot eat the provided meals you must send food for them. Leaders will have access to a fridge and a microwave and can assist in preparing the meals for your child.
