Pastor Dave and Cindy Divine are the founding and Senior Pastors of Chapelhill Church, a multi-cultural, multi-generational church launched in 2001 with four locations in Atlanta, Bremen, Douglasville, Dunwoody, and Chapelhill Online.
After four decades in ministry, Pastor Dave’s greatest desire is to lead people into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ. This mission is accomplished through a diverse and ever-expanding ministry philosophy.
Pastor Dave and Cindy have 14 grandchildren who are their pride and joy. When Pastor Dave isn’t preaching in the pulpit, leading our executive and senior leaders, or involved with Kingdom Builders missionaries or projects, you might find him traveling, golfing, or watching his World Series Champions, Atlanta Braves.
We are a family of churches located across the Atlanta area and online that exist to lead people into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ.
We are Jesus people, not religious people. Jesus gave his life for us and therefore our response should be nothing short of a life fully devoted in passionate worship and service to Him.
Our heart is for ALL people because all people are loved by Jesus. We make no apologies for being focused on reaching those who are far away from God and leading ALL people, regardless of age, race, background, gender or past into a growing relationship with Jesus.
God gave His first and His best when He gave us Jesus. We are going to always do the best with what we have. We’re on time, engaged and prepared. We don’t do things halfway. If we’re going to do something, it’s going to be done to the best of our ability.
Freely we have received, freely we will give. We are a generous people, always ready and willing to give our resources. We are blessed to be a blessing.
This one is simple: Why would anyone want what we have if it’s dull and boring? Our focus on the Next Generation means creating fun opportunities and fun environments while leading them in a growing relationship with Jesus.
