What If?
I don’t know how many times I’ve said this in the past 15½ years “The greatest and most amazing miracles God has done at Chapelhill are the PEOPLE He has sent to us.” Over and over again, God has sent people to Chapelhill to be saved, to serve, or to supply a need we were facing at that exact time. I call these People Miracles!
There are many names and faces that come to mind. Each time, these people found a place to serve and a way to contribute to the mission of our church. Many of these people are still with us today, wonderfully serving and giving each week, and I’m so grateful!
You may be a People Miracle and don’t even realize it. In fact, I’ve found that most People Miracles don’t realize it because they’re just busy making themselves available. It’s so exciting to watch as people use their unique God-given S.H.A.P.E. to grow and advance kingdom ministry. (Learn your S.H.A.P.E. in our Growth Track classes!)
God is in the business of strategically positioning people in the right place at the right time. Like a grand master who strategically positions his pawns, bishops, kings, and queens, God is setting us up. The bigger question is…will you say YES and be one of His amazing People Miracles?
