Do we have to attend Chapelhill to have a wedding there or have a Chapelhill pastor officiate?
No. The rental fees vary, but regular attendance is not required. Chapelhill Pastors require pre-marital counseling. It is advisable to meet with the officiating pastor at least six months in advance.
